Where are the festival entrance gates?

 

New for 2018 ALL arrivals to site should head to our gates on the A515 these are the only entry points to site this year.

 RED GATE - ALL PARKING - Day Parking, Weekend Parking & Tent Camping Arrivals

 GREEN GATE - ALL PARKING - Day Parking, Weekend Parking & Tent Camping Arrivals PLUS Motorhome & Caravans, Boutique Parking & Pick Up & Drop Off Point & Taxi Pick Up & Drop Off Point 

 

DIRECTIONS DURING THE LIVE EVENT 

 From the North to RED & GREEN GATE – Manchester, Sheffield, Buxton

Join the A515 at Buxton. Continue on the A515 for approximately 11 miles until you reach Newhaven. Upon arrival into Newhaven, those parking for the weekend should follow signs for RED GATE, those accessing the motorhome and boutique areas, as well as those looking to drop off or pick up should follow signs to GREEN GATE. Both red and green gate are accessed via the A515 and will be clearly signposted.

 

From the South to RED & GREEN GATE– Ashbourne, Nottingham, Derby, Stoke

Join the A515 at Ashbourne. Continue on the A515 until you reach Newhaven, following signs for Eroica Britannia Festival. Upon arrival into Newhaven, follow signage to GREEN GATE. Green gate is accessed directly from the A515 via a right turn. Green gate is an access point for all parking, motorhomes and drop offs and pick ups.

 

From the East – RED & GREEN GATE – Bakewell, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Matlock

From Bakewell – continue northbound on the A6 before turning left onto the A5270. Continue on the A5270 until you reach the A515. Turn left onto the A515 and continue until you reach Newhaven. Upon arrival into Newhaven, those parking for the weekend should follow signs for RED GATE, those accessing the motorhome and boutique areas, as well as those looking to drop off or pick up should follow signs to GREEN GATE. Both red and green gate are accessed via the A515 and will be clearly signposted.

From Chesterfield – Use the A619, before joining the A6020. Continue until you reach the A6. Turn right onto the A6 and continue northbound on the A6 before turning left onto the A5270. Continue on the A5270 until you reach the A515. Turn left onto the A515 and continue until you reach Newhaven. Upon arrival into Newhaven, those parking for the weekend should follow signs for RED GATE, those accessing the motorhome and boutique areas, as well as those looking to drop off or pick up should follow signs to GREEN GATE. Both red and green gate are accessed via the A515 and will be clearly signposted.

From Mansfield – Travel on the A617 towards Chesterfield before joining the A619, before joining the A6020. Continue until you reach the A6. Turn right onto the A6 and continue northbound on the A6 before turning left onto the A5270. Continue on the A5270 until you reach the A515. Turn left onto the A515 and continue until you reach Newhaven. Upon arrival into Newhaven, those parking for the weekend should follow signs for RED GATE, those accessing the motorhome and boutique areas, as well as those looking to drop off or pick up should follow signs to GREEN GATE. Both red and green gate are accessed via the A515 and will be clearly signposted. Access to the site is directly off the A515 via a left turn.

From Matlock – Join the A5012 and travel northbound towards Newhaven. Upon arrival into Newhaven, continue until you reach the A515 and turn right, following signage to GREEN GATE. Green gate is accessed directly from the A515 via a right turn. Green gate is an access point for all parking, motorhomes and drop offs and pick ups.
