Everything You Need To Know About - The Festival - At the event

Can I camp on site?

Yes. We have lots of camping options in our Home Fields. You can see all our camping options HERE.


Are dogs allowed at the festival and campsite?

Yes, we are a very dog friendly festival!

Dogs are allowed but we ask they are kept on a short lead and supervised at all times. Any roaming dogs will be removed from site by the RSPCA.


How can I find accommodation near the festival site?

There is plenty of accommodation in and around the Peak District which you can rent for the weekend, for more info see HERE


If I leave the Eroica Britannia Festival site can I get back in?

Festival goers can come and go as they please during their stay at Eroica Britannia. If you have accommodation outside of the festival site it will not be a problem leaving the festival site and returning the next morning. Entry to and from the site will be based on festival goers having a valid wristband


Will there be cash machines on site?

Yes we will have cash machines in the festival site for you to use. However we'd still recommend bringing enough money for the weekend though as there will be queues at times and a fee from the cash machine company to use them.


Can I bring my own alcohol and picnic for consumption in the festival site?

Alcohol and picnics are not allowed to be taken into the festival site arenas & venues in order to keep the food and drink prices competitive and affordable.


Can I smoke at Eroica Britannia?

The same regulations apply at Eroica Britannia as the rest of the country; you can smoke in the open air but not inside marquees and tents. Look out for the 'No Smoking' signs.


What is your drug policy?

The festival operates a zero-tolerance policy to drugs. The laws of the land are as relevant within the festival site as anywhere else


Will there be security?

We will have security on site 24hrs a day to ensure you are looked after.



For safety reasons I am afraid no drones are allowed at the festival, in the camping or out on the ride


What are the bar prices?

Bar prices are yet to be confirmed for the festival but we do our best to keep the prices as low as possible and in line with all other festivals.


Will toilet roll be provided?

Of course! although we recommend you bring your own supplies just in case.


Is there a mobile phone signal on site?

The festival site is in the middle of The Peak District National Park so the phone signal isn't as strong as you may be used to. That said there is certainly mobile coverage throughout.


Will the Vendors be taking card payments?

Some vendors will be taking card payments, however, we recommend you have plenty of cash on you for purchases of food, drink, product and fairground rides.

Can I buy Eroica Britannia merchandise?

Yes, We will be selling a wide range of merchandise at the festival and also through our online shop HERE


When will exact details about arrivals be given?

Nearer the time we’ll be giving you specific instructions on which roads to take and which entrances to use depending on where you’re travelling from and which mode of transport.


Can I charge my mobile phone?

Yes there will be Traders will  provide this service, More info to come!


What should I wear?

The Ride - For the ride you need to wear glorious vintage apparel!

The Festival - Eroica Britannia's ethos is all things vintage and we encourage you to get into the swing of things and dust off your vintage best! There will be a Best in Show competition running on the Saturday afternoon with great prizes so don't miss out!


Do you have secure bike storage? I don't want to leave my cycle in my tent or car.

We do have some bike storage racks on-site but obviously we cannot cater for all bikes at one time therefore the bike racks are first come first served. Please make sure you bring your own secure bike lock. Riders are responsible for the security of all their own possessions, including bikes.


Is there photographers and filmmakers at Eroica Britannia?

Yes, We do have photographers and filmmakers on site over the weekend. Photographs and video footage will be used by the Event Organiser for promotional purposes and may include printed documents or media, editorial coverage, advertising press and use on the internet. By entering the festival site or participating in the ride then you are agreeing to this.
