After a night with nature under celestial Peak skies - rise, shine and shake off the festival slumber with our energising festival yoga session - everyone's welcome.

Early morning when the sun is low and the air is still, this is your opportunity to enjoy a moment of stillness and clarity before the festival finale celebrations begin.

We particularly recommend joining this session if you’ve signed up to The Classic Ride, this is the perfect opportunity to stretch out and limber up in preparation for the journey ahead! You needn't be a seasoned pro - all abilities and ages are welcome to this energising, uplifting morning wake-up call!

2pm - Kids Yoga
Outside the Kids tent in Family Area. Story-based yoga session. Duration 30 mins. Instructed by Sarah Cotton. Up to 20 participants.
 
4pm - Yoga
Best in Show Ring. Duration 45 mins. Instructed by Mark Davies (MOGA). Up to 30 participants.
 
9pm - Pre Twilight Ride Stretch
Best in Show Ring. Duration 10 to 15 mins. Instructed by Sarah Cotton. 

SaturdaY 

8:30am - Early Rise Yoga
Field 7/Accreditation. Duration 45 mins. Instructed by Mark Davies (MOGA). Up to 30 participants.
 
11am - Yoga
Outside Britannia Tavern or Best in Show Ring. Duration 45 mins. Instructed by Sarah Cotton.
 
4pm - Kids Yoga
Outside the Kids tent in Family Area. Story-based yoga session. Duration 30 mins. Instructed by Sarah Cotton. Up to 20 participants.

Sunday

GOOD TO KNOW 

Wet weather
All classes are outdoors. We're hoping for glorious sunshine but if it's rainy, classes may be cancelled.
  
Yoga Mats
Mats are not provided, so please bring your own mats.
 
Payment
